If, however, you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of having received the delivery. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and have any incorrect products picked up, at no cost.
Damaged items will be replaced at no cost. We will refund, minus shipping charges, any unopened products. We cannot accept any open items for sanitary reasons. Please contact us with any feedback on our goods and services.
