After receiving the required HIPAA packet from us, simply sign it and return it to US Med Express.
Upon receipt of the completed HIPAA packet, we will coordinate with your medical physician to obtain completion of the required insurance medical necessity documentation for the services requested at intake.
Upon receipt of completed required insurance documentation, we will establish contact with you to confirm and set up your very first order. Your medical supplies are on their way to arrive discreetly at your doorstep via UPS.
