If, however, you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within five business days of having received the delivery. For your convenience , we have provided a link to our return procedure at the bottom of our website.
Once we receive your return request, you will be contacted with a Return Authorization (RA) number and we will pick up the damaged/incorrect product. Damaged products will be replaced at no cost.
We will refund, minus shipping charges, any unopened products. We cannot accept any opened items, for sanitary reasons.
